Our Pattern Return Policy

When you purchase something on beadculture.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. However, due to the nature of information contained within a pattern, we will not accept any returns of patterns.

Return Instructions for Damaged Merchandise Delivered via UPS or USPS

  • All merchandise sales are final, except for damaged merchandise, in which case the damaged merchandise may be returned for exchange.
  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing joan@beadculture.com.
  • Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
  • Pack and tape your package securely.
  • Contact beadculture.com by email to joan@beadculture.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • A copy of the customer receipt and a Return Authorization must accompany all returns.
  • We recommend you insure your shipment.
  • Beadculture.com is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Note that certain products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Beadculture.com is not responsible for the condition of such items. Contact us at joan@beadculture.com, and we will make every effort to assist you in making arrangements with the manufacturer, subject to that manufacturer's return policy.
Please note: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.

Store Credit, Coupons, Gift Certificates and Special Promotions
Store credit, coupons, gift certificates, and special promotions cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit, or check.
